The Gym Lakewood Corporate Membership Program – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1.1.2024

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in The Gym Lakewood Corporate Membership Program ("Program"). By enrolling in the Program, the company ("Client") agrees to these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Program provides enrolled employees of the Client with access to The Gym Lakewood facilities and services under a corporate membership plan. All memberships are employer-paid.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

• The Client agrees to provide accurate company information and an initial list of participating employees.

• The Client is responsible for notifying The Gym Lakewood of changes to enrolled employees.

3. Payment Terms

• Membership fees are billed monthly to the Client based on active employee enrollments or agreed terms.

• Payment is due by the 1st of each month via approved payment method.

• Fees are non-refundable once billed for the month.

4. Term & Cancellation

• Corporate memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment.

• The Client may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Final billing will include all active enrollments during the notice period.

• The Gym Lakewood reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

5. Use of Facilities

• All enrolled employees must adhere to The Gym Lakewood’s standard member policies, rules, and code of conduct.

• The Gym Lakewood may modify class schedules, amenities, or hours as necessary.

6. Liability

• The Client agrees to release and hold harmless The Gym Lakewood from any claims or liabilities arising from employees’ use of facilities, except where due to The Gym Lakewood’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Data Privacy

• The Gym Lakewood will collect and process employee data solely for administering the Program and will not share data with third parties except as required by law.

8. Modifications

• The Gym Lakewood may update these Terms with 30 days’ notice to the Client.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
